Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on sales and build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs. - Provide technical solutions and expertise to clients, ensuring they receive the best products for their requirements. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase light current solutions. - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients. - Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to effectively position our offerings. - Provide post-sales support and training to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in the light current industry. - Strong background in light current subsystems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and structured cabling. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
